Product Description
Specially designed for healthcare environments, this clinical reception chair combines robust construction with ergonomic support. Ideal for hospitals, clinics, and medical waiting areas, it offers long-lasting performance and patient comfort.
The seat board is crafted from 1.2mm thick 201 stainless steel plate, formed by punching and die-casting. Its brushed surface is smooth, burr-free, and resistant to scratches, ensuring easy cleaning and a professional appearance.
The edge strip is made from a 30mm×10mm 201 stainless steel tube (1.2mm thick) and features a curved edge-wrapping design. After welding, grinding, and polishing, the edges are safe and smooth, minimizing any risk of injury.
The armrest and leg are constructed from high-quality 201 stainless steel (tube/plate) and formed via die-casting. The one-piece design provides outstanding stability and simplifies installation and maintenance.
The cross beam uses a 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel tube (40mm×80mm). It undergoes oil removal, rust removal, phosphating, and pickling, followed by electrostatic spraying for maximum resistance to corrosion and wear.
Each chair is tested to withstand a static pressure of ≥120kg. The optional cushion uses easy-to-clean PVC leather, 1.5cm high-density sponge, and a multi-layer wood board, with a total thickness of ~2.5cm for added comfort.
